Shortly after its listing, the Company’s major asset and revenue source was several grade-one highways in the PRC. Subsequently, the Company has successfully transformed and entered the mining and processing industry in 2006. It managed to capture the upturn cycle of mining industry and achieved rapid development. Since the second half of 2017, the Company has launched the business of providing factoring services, accounts receivable management and collection, and factoring consulting services.
