Baoshan Feilong Nonferrous Metal Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, is located at Hetaoping, Wayao Town, Longyang District, Baoshan City of Yunnan Province, and principally engaged in the exploration, mining, processing and sale of nonferrous metals resources including lead, zinc and copper.

The total investment of the company amounted to RMB69million, with a registered capital of RMB34.5million. The Hetaoping Mine of the company has an area of 5.0095 square kilometers. Currently, the resources exploration work has achieved significant progress and the new reserves will be recognized upon completion of assessment and examination by the competent authority. The processing plant has three production lines, which can process 1200 tons of ores per day.

The company is a major enterprise in Baoshan City with good corporate image.
