From 19 to 20 January 2007, the three mining subsidiaries held the annual meeting at Dali, Yunnan Province. The Board reviewed the company's operation performance of the Company in 2006.
 
At the meeting, all Directors and key management and technical personnel of the Company analyzed the prevailing market environment and production and operation of the mining areas, and proposed practicable targets and vision to the work in the coming year. Encouragement was also delivered to the management and staff of the Company for better performance. 
 
In addition to the aforesaid, the directors also proposed several constructive opinions and measures on the production and operation, management of mining areas and corporate culture, and approved and strengthened relevant corporate rules and systems.
